If you are also applying for St Petersburg 2007
The FIP exhibition has been confirmed for St Petersburg starting on 19th June 2007 just after Sydney Stamp Expo 2007 ends on 17th June. We realise that exhibitors who apply for St Petersburg will not know whether they have been accepted until after our closing date of 18th February 2007.
We want to help by being very flexible. If an exhibitor applies to enter the same exhibit at both Sydney Stamp Expo 2007 and St Petersburg 2007, the exhibit can be withdrawn from Sydney if it is subsequently accepted at St Petersburg. Entry fees will be refunded in this case, but please let us know as soon as possible. We are also happy if the exhibitor submits an alternate exhibit for Sydney Stamp Expo 2007 - it would probably be best to submit two entry forms, with a clear indication of the exhibitors preference.

Volunteers Required
To make this exhibition a success, we will be needing the assistance
of volunteers on all days from Thursday 14th to Sunday 17th June. The
duties of volunteers can be seen in detail by clicking here (PDF 21kb) . This link also
describes the various ways in which you can contact the Volunteer
Co-ordinator, Ed Wolf. Download 'An Expression of Interest Form' (PDF 24kb)
